APRIL-CHEM INTERNATIONAL GROUP (HK) owns five subsidiaries: JOYO SINGAPORE PTE.LTD in Singapore, PISCES AGROCHEMICAL DEVELOPMENT LIMITED in Hong Kong, Ningbo Bao Import and Export Co.,LTD in ningbo,China (former name Ningbo New Haihua company), Chongqing Baosheng trading Co.,LTD in Chongqing, China, and Shandong Baogang Agriculture Science& Technology Co., LTD (Granulate Factory) in Shandong, China, they are in charge of different business segments. From 2024, the company become to the overseas business agent of China Baowu （ State Enterprises ） and CIMC（ State Enterprises ） ammonium sulfate trading sector.
At present, the company has opened and has direct business relations with overseas ammonium sulfate markets: Vietnam (powder, crystal, granular), Indonesia (crystal), Malaysia (powder, crystal), Sri Lanka (crystal, granular), Pakistan (crystal), Myanmar (powder, granular), Laos (powder, crystal), Japan (granular); Indirectly supplied markets are the Netherlands (granular), France (granular), Australia (granular), New Zealand (granular), Brazil (granular), Chile (granular), Ecuador (granular), Nigeria (granular), Israel (crystal), Syria (crystal), Ukraine (granular), Fiji (crystal).
